My brother Spider and I would like to express our condolences to his family. Have thought of many good times with him, and I personally think of a few rough times when he stood by me. Thanks Jim.

Kelly and Travis...I am so sorry to hear about your father.. We are never really ready to let our loved ones go home , to be with the Lord, but I'm sure he will be missed by his children and grandchildren...It was truly a pleasure to have known him...And I'm glad to be your friend....In God's Love.....Martha Landrum

I remember Jimmy back to the early 70's when many of us started riding Harley's. Haven't seen Jimmy since he left Cruces but he would come up in our conversations when some of us old farts would get together and start reminiscing about the old times. Hope he's at a better party where he's at. Wild Bill asked me to include his condolences and I'll add Frog and Murgo and any others of his old riding buddies in this area in case they are unable to do the computer thing.
We will be meeting at El Patio in Mesilla on Sat. (7th) at 2 pm and drink a couple beers in his memory...

I knew Jimmy since the 70's and was a good friend of mine, we had a lot of laughs and good times on the bikes and I missed him dearly when he left Cruces. Great memories of him are a treasure and everyone I know loved him! He had friends almost instantly wherever he went, some us for a lifetime. I'm glad he is at peace and pray for your family's peace, he is in a much better place now.

Jimmy and I were 13-year olds back in the 50's, riding aroung Denison on his red Allstate motor scooter until I got my own. We "camped out" a couple of times on the floor at his home on East Morton Street. A couple of years after he and I both got back from Vietnam, although in different military branches, he was in town for a visit and picked my up for an afternoon and evening in his hopped-up canary yellow Ford. I remember his laugh and smile 50 years later.

My heart goes out to your family, I met Jimmy as a teenager when he worked for my uncle in Rawlins, Wyo. He was always in a good mood and joking around. I've always thought fondly of him all these years. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Kelly and family, Our prayers go out to you and your family for now and for the last few years as you have gone thru some very hard times with your Dad. I know the heartache of watching your loved one slip away with this terrible disease. Just remember the good times of past when your Dad was his ol' self. He is now back to that time! We love you!
